Refund Policy

Failed renders

If a video fails to render, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. No action is needed.

Unused credits

You can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@aimakevideos.com with your order ID.

Subscriptions

You can request a refund of a subscription payment within 14 days of the charge if none of its credits have been used. Email support@aimakevideos.com with the order ID from Billing. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Canceling stops future renewals. The current period is not refunded automatically, and you keep your plan until it ends.

Quality issues

If a finished video is clearly broken (for example corrupted or missing the face), contact us with the video ID and we will restore the credits after review.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
